Physiotherapists
Our Physiotherapists provide specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses and interventions to support people to maintain optimal muscle function, limit/delay deterioration and regain movement and mobility where possible.
They work as part of the multi-disciplinary team to create person-centred care plans to support our ladies and gentlemen to achieve their goals and evaluate their outcomes. The physiotherapists work across several homes to ensure continuity of care for our ladies and gentlemen.
