Nutritionist
Working as part of the multi-disciplinary team, our nutritionist is responsible for providing advice and guidance to our care and kitchen team. Our nutritionist provides support and carries out assessments with our ladies and gentlemen to help them choose healthy options.
Services provided:
- Liaise with kitchen staff, medical teams and other Allied Health Professionals in planning nutritional care.
- Develop and implement plans for meeting nutritional needs.
- Provide follow-up nutritional assessments and reviews for individuals.
- Create food and nutrition education documents.
- Enhance nutritional status across all TVC homes.
Our nutritionists work across multiple homes within the Towerview Care Group.
