What makes great care?
We look for employees with a positive, patient and flexible attitude, as well as first-class communication skills and a passion for engaging with working age or older adults who live with mental health, complex care and dementia and its associated conditions.
Our staff provide 24-hour service, seven days a week, across full-time, part-time and night shift positions. This involves forming empowering relationships with our ladies and gentlemen to understand and address their individual needs.
