Veronica House nursing care home in Tipton provides great facilities and friendly, experienced staff for your safety and comfort.

Veronica House supports older and working age adults living with mental health disorders, dementia, physical illness or disabilities and complex care needs including complex behaviours which may be triggered by stress or distress.

We provide a warm and inviting home in which our ladies and gentlemen and their families, can relax and enjoy a healthy and enriching life. 

Our home

Veronica House is a purpose-built, three-storey home situated on the Tipton and Wednesbury border within easy access of the M6, M5 and main bus routes from West Bromwich, Walsall, Dudley, Wolverhampton and Birmingham. 

Our home is spacious enough for our varied programme of stimulating activities and events, with airy communal areas throughout, while maintaining a homely and cosy feel.

We have excellent links with the local community, and we regularly meet with local groups, developing friendships and increasing wellbeing. Many of our ladies and gentlemen maintain their independence and are actively involved with these groups.

Our high-quality, personalised 24-hour care is provided by a committed, forward-thinking and experienced team of nurses and carers, with input from our consulting multidisciplinary medical team.

Our standards of personal service are exceptional, and our care teams are highly trained to support those living with mental health, dementia and complex needs. We are committed to providing a ‘home from home’ environment.

Our facilities

Veronica House provides 52 comfortably furnished en-suite bedrooms across three floors, with lift access to ensure accessibility. We encourage all individuals and their families to furnish and decorate their rooms to suit their taste – we will do everything we can within health and safety guidelines to make their room feel like home.

Veronica House is a modern building, with a large communal lounge and dining room on each floor and a small, safe, enclosed garden area.

Our ladies and gentlemen are encouraged to be as active as they can, supported by our dedicated Activity Coordinator and our consultant Occupational Therapist, who evaluates effectiveness and participation levels.
