Knowledge-led professionals
We are incredibly proud of our highly motivated, professional and multidisciplinary teams who provide the best in care.
Each team member possesses high-level knowledge and understanding of the people we support, which is always improving through regular training and development programmes. This includes person-centred dementia and mental health care in line with the latest research and guidelines, helping our ladies and gentlemen live more positively no matter their situation.
Fully staffed care
There is a nurse on shift 24 hours a day at Veronica House, supported by a dedicated team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants. There is also further clinical support provided by our qualified Matron, clinical lead, occupational therapist and the clinical psychology team. Additionally, we have a highly skilled support services team comprising maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping and administration staff.
